They do what they say! We went to RV show in Greenville. I bought ours from Will lead mechanic. I didnt take everything out of camper for trade. I thought May have to change my mind! But they did what they said at show, no suprizes will explained everything at show and when we picked up, Best great experience. Not like camping world . Very satisfied customers!

Was in area to see eclipse when Dometic fridge thermistor went bad. Drove to Lakeside hoping they would have part. They were friendly, helpful, and had the part. Having the part means alot, not having to wait a week while they order the part tells you what type of a dealer they are. They care about what they sell enough to keep parts on hand in case one breaks. Have been to big stores that dont keep much of a parts inventory. That is not good when you break down. Thank you Lakeside for having what I needed.

As we prepared for a weekend of boondock camping with our motor home, we discovered that our propane regulator was leaking. Without propane, we would be without heat in 41 degrees, refrigeration, hot water, and cooking facilities. We called Lakeside and they worked us in to their service department the next morning. They completed the repair within 45 minutes of our arrival at a reasonable cost. Thank you, Lakeside, for saving our weekend!

Mike, Let me start by saying THANKS! You guys were a breath of fresh air and I am proud to say that we bought our camper at Lakeside RV. I have already began spreading the word about you guys with my friends and family. To answer your question we made back to Loudon fine, but not home spotless. You see at lunch Saturday we prayed for a safe trip and harmless trip back and God provided what we asked. We did make it back without a problem. However, I should have prayed that we make it all the way home! I damaged the right front quarter panel of my truck as I was backing it into its temporary home at a local storage yard. They had galvanized drains filled with concrete in front of one of their buildings and I played bumper tag with it. God is so literal and I got what I prayed for! But, Mike we bought the camper to make memories with and the very first day it helps us to do just that. We are already laughing about it. PLEASE, tell Shane and Wade THANKS for us!
